Crystal Ryu

Crystal Ryu is currently the Senior Director of Finance Operations at Patreon, where they utilize their extensive background in procurement and finance. They previously held significant roles at companies such as Postmates by Uber, Airbnb, and Sony Pictures Entertainment, where they developed and implemented sourcing strategies and managed large cross-functional teams. Their early career included experience as a Strategic Sourcing Buyer at Hilton Hotels Corporation and as a Coordinator for the Career Mentoring Program at the University of Southern California. Crystal earned a B.A. in Political Science, International Relations, and East Asian Languages and Cultures from the University of Southern California.
