Jen Mozenter currently serves as the Head of Strategic Creator Partnerships at Patreon, having joined in March 2025. In addition, Jen founded Relationships in December 2022, a creative studio dedicated to brand identity, content production, and partnership strategy within the music, tech, and entertainment industries. Prior experience includes holding the position of VP of A&R and Artist Partnerships/Marketing at Splice from June 2017 to December 2022, where Jen focused on go-to-market strategy and creative ideation, and serving as Senior Director of Artist Relations with responsibilities in creative ideation and contract negotiation. Jen also worked as Head of Creator Relations at Kit from October 2015 to June 2017, developing strategies for onboarding creators and managing influencer relationships. Earlier in career, Jen was a DJ/Producer for The Jane Doze from January 2010 to October 2015, during which Jen designed the brand and executed digital content strategies. Jen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Business & Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami, graduated in January 2009.
