Rob Risley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in support engineering, UX research, and music education. At HubSpot from July 2014 to July 2015, Rob held several roles including Senior Support Engineer, Implementation Specialist, UX Research Operations Specialist, and Associate UX Researcher. Since January 2022, Rob has served as the Research Operations Manager at Patreon, overseeing the UX Research team’s daily operations, including participant screening and vendor relationships. In addition to technical expertise, Rob is also a music educator, having taught at the Music Academy of Chelmsford and Chelmsford Community Education from 2006 to 2015. Rob holds a Master of Music Education and a Bachelor of Music in Music Studies, both from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
