Willy Will

Willy Will has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Willy is currently the GVP - Operational Leadership & Culture at Patrick Industries, Inc., a position they have held since January 2023. Willy previously served as the Director of Operational Excellence - RV at the same company from January 2022 to February 2023.

Before joining Patrick Industries, Inc., Willy worked at Indiana Transport, Inc. as the General Manager from February 2017 to January 2022. Willy also held the position of Recruiting Coordinator/Claims Specialist at the same company from November 2014 to January 2022.

Prior to their time at Indiana Transport, Inc., Willy served as the Sales Manager at Amish Acres in February 2014.

Willy's earlier work experience includes roles as a Wide Receivers Coach at University of Dubuque from February 2011 to December 2013, a Wide Receivers Coach at Wabash College from August 2007 to January 2011, and a Graduate Assistant at University of Wisconsin - Whitewater from August 2005 to January 2007.

Willy Will attended Northwood High School from 1998 to 2001 and later pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sports Management at the University of Dayton from 2001 to 2005.
