Deena Hadi

Deena Hadi has extensive work experience in the beauty industry, with their most recent role being Vice President of Account Management at Patrick Ta Beauty since May 2023. Prior to that, they held various positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., including Executive Director of Account Management and Sales Planning, Executive Director of Account Management, and Director of NA Product Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics. Deena also worked as a Manager of NA Trade Marketing and Demand Planning, and as a Senior Analyst and Manager of Demand Planning. Before joining The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Deena worked at Victoria's Secret as an Inventory Deployment Analyst. Deena began their career at Prestige Wine Imports, where they held a marketing and administration role.

Deena Hadi attended Baruch College from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing Management. In October 2017, they also obtained a certification in Digital Marketing Circuit from General Assembly.
