The PATRIP Foundation was set up in 2011 by the German state-owned KfW Development Bank on behalf of the German Federal Foreign Office (GFFO). Its purpose is to enhance development cooperation in particular through short- and medium-term measures that promote the stabilisation of fragile regions.
