Andreas Kempf

Andreas Kempf has extensive work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Andreas started their career in 1996 as a Kreditanalyst at Sparkasse Allgäu and worked there until 1998. Andreas then moved on to BayernLB, where they held various roles in Gewerbliche Immobilienfinanzierung from 1998 to 2003, including Kundenbetreuer and Kreditreferent. From 2003 to 2012, Andreas worked at DIBAG Industriebau AG, Doblinger Unternehmensgruppe as a Referent Finanzierung. Since 2012, they have been working at PATRIZIA Immobilien AG, where they currently hold the position of Director Corporate Finance.

Andreas Kempf completed their education with a Diploma in Business Administration (FH) with a focus on Finance and Banking from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences. Andreas attended this institution from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they underwent a training program to become a Bank Clerk at Sparkasse Allgäu from 1987 to 1989.
