Kai Cui

Kai Cui has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They began their career as an HR & Marketing Intern at Jones Lang LaSalle in 2012. In 2013, they joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Marketing Executive, later transitioning to the role of Assistant Manager from 2014 to 2015. In 2019, Kai worked as an Intern in Indirect Investments at Allianz Real Estate. Currently, Kai is employed at PATRIZIA SE, where they started as an Analyst in Asset Service in January 2020. They then moved on to serve as an Associate in Asset Services from March 2021 to August 2021. Presently, Kai holds the position of Associate in Asset Management Living & Health Care at PATRIZIA SE, starting in September 2021.

Kai Cui obtained a Master of Science degree in Immobilienwirtschaft from the IRE|BS International Real Estate Business School at the University of Regensburg from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2013, Kai Cui pursued a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree in Sustainable Urban Planning at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Earlier, from 2008 to 2012, Kai Cui completed a bachelor's degree in Real Estate from South China Agricultural University. In addition to their formal education, Kai Cui also obtained a certification in Sustainable Real Estate: Creating a Better Built Environment from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) in February 2023.
