Zack Einstein

Zack Einstein has extensive experience in event technology and customer engagement, currently serving as Engagement Manager and Senior Administrator at Leap Event Technology since September 2017. Prior roles include Senior Implementation Specialist and Implementation Specialist at the same company, and Box Office Manager & Volunteer Coordinator at Civic Theatre of Allentown from November 2015 to September 2017. Zack's career began in the arts as a Resident Actor at Civic Theatre and extends to various roles in customer service and sales, including Senior Sales Consultant at The Hartford, Real Estate Agent at Citi Habitats, and various positions in the hospitality industry. Zack holds a BA in Theatre and Music from Muhlenberg College, earned in 2003.
