CASTING
Foundry with capability to produce 2000 tonnes per annum grey iron and SG(Ductile) iron casting. 
State-of-the-art manufacturing facility in moulding, melting and fettling. 
Modern up-to-date QC technology including tensile testing, microscopes and spectrometer. 
Highly qualified and experienced personnel in development, production and quality control.

MACHINING
Fully Equipped machine shop with variety of CNC machines including turning centers and machining centers combined with backup from the conventional machines to finish machine all the castings.
 Fully equipped inspection facility for QC and testing of products after machining. 

FINISHING
All casted machined parts are finish painted, tested, packaged and are ready to use.
All packaging as per international sea-worthy export packaging standards conforming to APHIS(USA) and IPPM(Europe) standards.
