Alli Goldenberg

Alli Goldenberg is a seasoned executive in human resources and operations, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Pattern Agentic since May 2025. Previously, Goldenberg held the position of Vice President, People at Saildrone Inc. from September 2021 to February 2025 and was the Head of People Ops at Deliverr Inc. from August 2020 to September 2021. At Aspera, an IBM Company, Goldenberg worked as Vice President of People and Operations from July 2012 to August 2020, playing a key role in building the HR function for the data streaming startup. Goldenberg was also the Head of Human Resources and Recruiting at StumbleUpon from March 2010 to July 2012. Educational qualifications include a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo School of Management.
