Pattern Bioscience
Full-time · Austin, United States
At Pattern Bioscience, we’re tackling antibiotic resistance, one of the biggest public health challenges of our time. Our technology rapidly identifies bacterial infections and predicts the most effective antibiotics to treat the infection. We’re building direct-from-specimen phenotypic rapid ID/AST assays using live cells on our proprietary instrument and consumable platform.
We are looking for an Assay Development Scientist to lead design transfer activities and ensure that new technological designs are smoothly implemented, scaled up, and validated. We are looking for a scientist who has strong writing skills, a dedication to careful experimentation, and a passion for working at the interface between research, manufacturing, microbiology, and clinical teams. Through your work, you will be a key member in the future development and commercialization efforts of our organization.
