Marcus H. Sachs, P.E. has an extensive education history that spans various fields and institutions. Marcus H. obtained a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1981. In 1998, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Science and Technology Commercialization from The University of Texas at Austin. Following that, they enrolled at James Madison University from 1999 to 2001 and completed a Master of Science degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Information Security.
Continuing their educational pursuits, Marcus pursued a PhD (ABD) in Public Policy at George Mason University from 2006 to 2011.
