Jackie Rattner is currently the Director of People & Culture at Pattern Data. With a background in education, Jackie began their career as a Preschool Teacher and later served as a Classroom Teacher and Learning Specialist. Transitioning to the real estate sector, Jackie held roles as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Town Residential and Strategic Growth Manager at Triplemint. Prior to their current position, Jackie served as a Client Partner at Talent Retriever, specializing in recruitment for VC-backed companies. Jackie earned a Master of Education from the University of Maryland College Park and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences.
