John Reuning

John Reuning has held various positions in the software engineering and technology fields since 2001. From 2001 to 2002, they were a Senior Systems Engineer/Security Analyst and Systems Engineer at ibiblio.org, where they managed a collection of Solaris and Linux Internet servers. During this time, they also worked as a Co-op, IT Hosting Security at Cisco Systems. From 2005 to 2013, they worked at Lulu.com, first as a Software Architect, then as a Software Architect/Development Manager, and finally as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2013, they began working at CA Technologies as a Director of Software Engineering, Software Development Manager/Product Owner, and Engineering Team Lead. Since 2018, they have been the VP of Software Engineering at Pattern Health.

John Reuning obtained an AB in French from Davidson College between 1991 and 1995. John then went on to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they obtained an MA in Romance Languages (French Literature) in 2003, followed by an MS in Information Science in 2004.
