David Cavanagh has been working in the recruitment and operations management fields since 2010. David began their career as an HR & Recruitment Consultant for Firstaff Personnel Consultants in 2010. In 2012, they moved to Primark Stores Limited as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In 2018, they began working for both Adecco and Hays, as a Branch Services Manager and Recruitment Consultant, respectively. Most recently, they have been working at Pattern as both an Operations Manager and Sr. Operations Manager since 2021.
