Sagit Drory

Sagit Drory is a seasoned operations and human resources professional with extensive experience leading teams and driving company growth across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Irregular, Sagit has previously held significant roles including Global VP of HR and Operations at Honeycomb Insurance, where leadership during hyper-growth resulted in scaling the workforce from early-stage to over 150 employees. At Pipl, Sagit advanced to Global VP People, crafting HR strategies that supported the company’s expansion and establishing a strong employer brand. Additional experience includes leadership positions in marketing and acquisition at OurCrowd and Yallo, demonstrating a multifaceted skill set in both operations and marketing. Sagit holds a BCA in Economics & Business Studies from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an MBA in Marketing from Bar-Ilan University.
