Kat Callahan

Kat Callahan is a results-driven Engineering Director with a solid history of delivering complex products from concept to production. They have held various engineering roles at leading automotive companies, including General Motors and Fluence, where they directed teams to achieve significant milestones in battery module design and execution. Currently, they serve as the Director of Customer Success Engineering and Program Management at Pattern. Kat has also pursued advanced education, working towards a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration at the University of Colorado Boulder.
