Kellen Schroeter has a strong background in technical program management, engineering, and leadership. kellen co-founded Pattern Labs in 2021 and currently serves as the CEO. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon Robotics as a Manager - Sr. Technical Program Manager III from March 2019 to April 2021. In this role, they managed a team of technical program managers and played a crucial role in the successful delivery of the Canvas Autonomous Cart. kellen also collaborated with the product team on product vision and definition and helped drive advancements in autonomous robotic and computer vision solutions.

Before joining Amazon Robotics, Kellen worked at CANVAS Technology as a Technical Program Manager from August 2017 to March 2019. kellen also held a role as a Project Manager at CANVAS Technology from August 2017 to March 2018. In these positions, they contributed to the development and management of various projects.
