Sushika Govender

Sushika Govender has a long and varied work history. Sushika began their career in 1993 as an Administrative Assistant at Sea Cow Lake Secondary School, where they were responsible for general office administration and contact with students and parents. In 1995, they moved to the Office of the Public Service Commission as a Senior Secretary. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Project Secretary at Xcel Information Technology. Sushika then transitioned to Molepe Business Solutions as a Project Administrator, where they were responsible for compiling budgets and supervising contractors. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at Standard Bank Group as a Service Level Manager, Problem Manager, and Manager of SLM & SRM. Sushika then moved to Pattern Matched Technologies\u2122 in 2019 as a Scrum Master/ Project Manager and is currently employed as a High Touch Operations Manager at Cisco.

Sushika Govender has completed various courses and certificates over the years. From 2018 to 2017, they attended Create Consulting for a Course in ITSM HBDI - 4th Industrial Revolution and a Course in Women in Leadership HBDI Thinking Preference Assessment. In 2017, they completed a Certificate in SAFe 4.0 and a Course in Servant Leadership from SBSA In House Training, as well as a Course in Strengths Finder 2.0 from True North and a Course in Insights Discovery Profile from True North. In 2015, they completed Courses in Lean IT Primer, A3 Thinking, Practical and Fair Discipline, and Remedy 8.1 from SBSA In House Training. In 2013, they completed a Course in Kepner Tregoe Foundation from Morvest. In 2012, they completed a Course in Insights Discovery Profile from True North. In 2011, they completed a Course in SAP Solution Manager from Blue Pencil, a Course in Beyond Thinking from Dynamic Growth Training, a Course in Executive Innovation and Lateral Thinking from SBSA Global Leadership Centre, and a Course in Remedy 7.6 from SBSA In House Training. In 2010, they completed Courses in Leadership Stamina, Women in Leadership, Personal, Interpersonal and Professional Mastery, and Customer Service Leadership from SBSA Global Leadership Centre.
