Pattern Strategy Group (PSG) is a women-led strategy consultancy founded in Squamish, B.C.

We work with governments, economic development organizations, not-for-profits, and purpose-driven businesses at the moments when direction, alignment, and delivery matter most — helping them get clear on where they're going, align around shared goals, and move from planning to delivery with confidence.

Built on a simple conviction: the quality of the strategy determines the quality of what follows. We invest in getting the problem right first — understanding real constraints, identifying real opportunities — and design plans that are executable, not just ambitious.

When mandates require specialized expertise, PSG assembles a trusted network of senior partners across policy, Indigenous governance, environmental systems, branding, and organizational capacity building — so clients always have the right expertise at the table.

Services include: economic and sector development strategy, community and place-based planning, trade and investment readiness, tourism strategy, governance and policy modernization, organizational strategy and transition, program design and engagement, and socio-economic impact assessment.

Clarity. Alignment. Execution. Long-term impact.
