Acca Vivek Rajani

Vivek Rajani, ACCA has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Vivek has worked as a Senior FP&A Manager at Pattern®, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Supernova as a Senior FP&A Manager from April 2022 to May 2023, and as an FP&A Manager from August 2021 to March 2022. During their time at Supernova, Vivek was involved in driving fund raising, mergers & acquisitions, and business development strategies. Vivek also pioneered the FP&A function, implementing dashboards to track organizational metrics and developing budgeting and forecasting processes.

Before Supernova, Vivek worked at IMI Critical Engineering as an Assistant Finance Manager from May 2018 to July 2021. In this role, they built strategic and financial models, tracked budget versus actuals, and developed modelling tools to support budgeting and cash flow requirements.

Vivek also gained experience at Grant Thornton - UAE, where they worked as an Audit Associate 3 from September 2016 to April 2018. Vivek was later promoted to the role of VAT & Indirect Tax Consultant from August 2017 to November 2017. During their time at Grant Thornton, Vivek managed the entire audit process, performed testing procedures on accounting cycles, and developed a strong knowledge of VAT and indirect tax.

Vivek began their education at the Abu Dhabi Indian School from 2000 to 2012, focusing on Commerce with Maths under the CBSE curriculum. Following this, from 2013 to 2015, Vivek attended ACCA to pursue an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) degree in Accountancy. Simultaneously, they enrolled at Oxford Brookes University during the same period to work towards a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Applied Accounting.
