Allison Fletcher

Allison Fletcher is an experienced attorney specializing in securities and corporate governance, with over 15 years in diverse legal environments. Currently serving as Securities & Governance Counsel at Pattern®, they provide strategic legal advice on securities law and corporate governance matters. Previously, as Vice President and Acting General Counsel at Beyond, Inc., they successfully defended a securities class action lawsuit and led corporate governance initiatives. Their career also includes serving as Vice President, Legal & ESG at Overstock.com, where they achieved a landmark in corporate finance with the issuance of the world's first blockchain-based dividend. Allison earned a JD from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and holds a BS in Political Science and Government from the University of Utah.
