Anita Fan

Anita Fan has over 13 years of experience in human resources, with a particular focus on talent acquisition and management. Anita is currently working as an HR Manager at Pattern® since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at HKT from June 2021 to July 2022. Before joining HKT, Anita served as a Manager, People Partner at 南华早报 from April 2016 to June 2021. Anita started their career at Ocean Park Corporation in 2009 as a Human Resources Officer, specializing in recruitment and payroll. Throughout their career, Anita has developed expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, including campus recruitment and senior-level hires, as well as HR daily operations such as payroll and workforce management.

Anita Fan obtained their Master of Human Resources degree in Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University, between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor (Hons) of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Hong Kong Shue Yan University. No specific dates were provided for their undergraduate studies.
