Annie Bateman is currently the Art Director at Pattern®, where they lead a team of talented designers to create impactful and purposeful designs. Previously, Annie worked as a Creative Team Lead at Disruptive Advertising from 2023 to 2025 and held positions as a Motion Graphic Designer and a UX Design Intern at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 2019. They also gained experience as a Graphic Designer at University Relations and served as an Assistant Manager at Sally Beauty from 2013 to 2017. Annie holds a degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho, where they studied from 2014 to 2019, and received a Cosmetology License from Evans Hairstyling College-Rexburg in 2014.
