Brad Ober

Brad Ober has a strong background in ecommerce management and business development. Brad is currently working as a Senior Ecommerce Manager at Pattern®, where they manage a $74M annual ecommerce portfolio across multiple marketplaces and product categories. Brad'sresponsibilities include overseeing creative services, advertising, account health, and instock management for partner brands.

Prior to joining Pattern®, Brad co-founded Provident Standard, an Amazon seller business. Brad successfully built the business from the ground up, expanding operations to 12 strategic suppliers and 308 actively selling products. Brad also implemented business systems and processes, established a powerful brand, and improved customer service response time.

Before that, Brad served as the Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Rain International, where they forged strategic partnerships in Asia, revamped global supply chain operations, and improved profitability and cash flow management. Brad also played a key role in market launch planning in Japan and improving direct selling in the U.S. for a seed nutrition company.

Brad also gained experience in new market development and analytics at Nature's Sunshine Products, Inc. Brad successfully launched the company's first subsidiary in Poland and designed a communication tool that increased globally sponsored recruits and manager breakouts.

Additionally, Brad has worked as an Adjunct Professor at Idaho State University and as a Senior International Sales & Marketing Country Manager at Melaleuca, Inc. In these roles, they expanded international operations, brought new markets to profitability, and turned around a manufacturing facility in China.
