Dalene Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dalene began their career as a Cashier/Service Desk worker at Walmart in 2011, and later became a Customer Service Manager, where they managed cashiers, service desk, and cart associates while also solving customer problems and conducting job interviews and evaluations.

In 2014, Dalene joined Goldenwest Credit Union as a Records Specialist, auditing consumer loan files and ensuring compliance with NCUA regulations. Dalene also communicated with loan officers and managers to correct errors.

Dalene's next role was at Walmart again, this time as a Training Coordinator, overseeing hiring and onboarding processes and conducting new hire orientations and safety compliance training.

From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Scheels as a Specialty Shop Manager, managing the College Clothing department. Their responsibilities included ordering, inventory management, and merchandising, with a focus on keeping inventory levels within budgets.

Most recently, Dalene worked at Pattern® as a Customer Success Specialist and then advanced to the position of Customer Success Manager. Their role involved ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
