Dana Anderson

Dana Anderson has a strong background in customer care and fitness instruction. Dana currently works as a Customer Care Specialist at Pattern® since May 2022. Prior to that, they were an Orange Theory Coach at Orangetheory Fitness from August 2018 to May 2022. Dana also had roles at Power Music, where they worked as a GroupRX Developer from June 2017 to October 2019, and as a Presenter from July 2015 to October 2019. Dana started their career as a Group Fitness Instructor at Life Time Inc. in September 2006 and worked there until November 2018. Dana also held positions as a Group Fitness Instructor at The Gymbox from June 2008 to February 2015, and at Gold's Gym from November 2007 to October 2010.

Dana Anderson completed an Associate of Science degree in Health Science from Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2001 to 2003. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports and Exercise at Brigham Young University from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Dana obtained a certification as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in July 2017. Dana also holds a certification as a Schwinn Cycle Instructor, although the institution and specific time of obtaining this certification are not provided.
