David Ward

David Ward has a diverse work experience in the legal field. David most recently worked as a Corporate Commercial Counsel at Pattern®, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Corporate Legal Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Beneficial Life Insurance Co., Inc. from April 2020 to December 2021. Before that, David worked as a Corporate Counsel at ARIIX from October 2017 to April 2020. David also has experience as a Law Clerk at the Second District Court, State of Utah from August 2016 to October 2017, and as a Law Clerk Intern at the Utah Court of Appeals from January 2016 to April 2016. David has additional legal experience as a Student Partner at the BYU Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic, a Prosecutor Intern at the Washington County Attorney's Office, an In-house Law Clerk at The Hawaii Group, Inc., and as a Summer Legal Intern at the National Gallery of Art and Baker & McKenzie.

David Ward attended BYU Law School from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2000, they studied at the University of Utah and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Language and Literature.
