Dylan Cook

Dylan Cook is an experienced professional in ecommerce and operations management, currently serving as Ecommerce Operations Manager at Pattern® since February 2024, after holding the position of Operations Specialist. Prior to this, Dylan held various leadership roles at WBX Commerce from October 2017 to February 2024, including Senior Director of Operations and Director of Operations Support. Earlier experience includes serving as Operations Manager and Onboarding Specialist at WBX Commerce, as well as working as a Data & Content Improvement Specialist at OrderUp, a Groupon company, from January 2016 to October 2017. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, earned in 2013.
