Elinor Dolphin

Elinor Dolphin has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. Elinor currently holds the role of Senior eCommerce Manager at Pattern International, where they are responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketplace trading strategies for brand partners. In this role, they excel in project and stakeholder management, as well as cross-functional collaboration, while adopting a data-driven approach. Prior to this, they worked as an eCommerce Brand Manager at Pattern, where they leveraged the company's proprietary technology and data-driven insights to help brands achieve profitable ecommerce growth on various platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Tmall, JD.com, and Mercado Libre.

Before joining Pattern, Elinor worked at Net World Sports Ltd as a Translation Team Leader. In this role, they were involved in the translation of product listings, technical content, written communication, marketing materials, and website information into French and Spanish. Additionally, they served as the team leader for the translation team and supported the localization of content for specific markets such as France, Belgium, Spain, Mexico, and Morocco.

Prior to their time at Net World Sports Ltd, Elinor worked as a Freelance Translator at Pursuit Translations. Their responsibilities included carrying out freelance translations between French, Spanish, and English, as well as conducting audio transcriptions in the same languages. Elinor gained experience in legal, scientific, and financial translations during this time.

Elinor also has experience in the education sector, having worked as a Teaching and Management Intern at MOME SWEET MOME. In this role, they taught English to French-speaking children of various ages and abilities, using French as a means of communication to facilitate learning. Additionally, they contributed to the Pedagogy Department by creating original lesson plans and learning materials for use by all teachers within the company.

Elinor's earliest work experience was as a Food and Beverage Server at Walt Disney World.

Elinor Dolphin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in French and Spanish from the University of Bristol between 2014 and 2018. Additionally, they pursued studies in Filología Hispánica at Universidad Pablo de Olavide from 2016 to 2017. Elinor also obtained a certification in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers from LinkedIn in January 2022.
