Jeff Messenger serves as the VP of Reverse Logistics and Facilities/Maintenance at Pattern®, leading initiatives in reverse logistics and engineering solutions for global fulfillment services. With extensive experience as an independent consultant, Jeff has conducted operational and financial due diligence for significant e-commerce acquisitions and developed strategic proposals for engineering projects. Previously, Jeff held multiple leadership roles at Amazon, managing reliability and maintenance engineering with a substantial budget and a large team, achieving notable improvements in operational efficiency and safety. Jeff's background also includes a Junior Officer role in the US Navy and a Bachelor of Science degree in History from the United States Naval Academy.
