Jessica McGhie

Jessica McGhie has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jessica is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Pattern® since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Pattern® from January 2022 to May 2023.

Before joining Pattern®, Jessica worked as a Special Teams Project Manager at Academy Mortgage Corporation from May 2020 to January 2022. In this role, they focused on improving employee experience through various initiatives and metrics, such as recruitment, retention, and engagement. Jessica provided employees with unique opportunities to give back to their community.

Prior to Academy Mortgage Corporation, Jessica worked at RESOL from January 2020 to October 2021 as an Operations Strategist. Jessica managed operations and provided capital and training for Venezuelan refugee women to start and sustain micro-enterprises in Ecuador. Jessica also developed Resol's first refugee mentoring program and managed all the mentoring relationships for the first year.

Jessica's earlier experiences include working at Utah Broadband from June 2012 to December 2018 as a Data Analyst and Warehouse Manager. Jessica gained valuable skills in organization and leadership while managing customer data and warehouse inventory.

Jessica also worked briefly at doTERRA International LLC as a Member Service Representative for the Mexico Market in May 2018, where they developed their customer service skills.

Overall, Jessica has a diverse background in talent acquisition, project management, operations, and customer service, with a focus on improving employee experiences and supporting marginalized communities.
