Madi Snell

Madi Snell is currently the Manager of Advisory at Pattern, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Madi worked as a Micro-Fab Process Plan Intern and a Safety Basis Intern at Sandia National Laboratories, where they contributed to improving productivity and ensuring safety standards. Madi also served as a Sales Manager at Vantage Marketing, achieving notable success and leading training initiatives. Additionally, they had roles at F45 Training, L.E.K. Consulting, and Orangetheory Fitness, showcasing a diverse background in management and consulting. Madi is pursuing their education at Brigham Young University.
