Makenna Kringlen

Makenna Kringlen has a diverse work experience in HR and related roles. Makenna started their career as a Bookkeeper and Secretary at Injury Recovery Center, LLC in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Lou Lou & Company before joining Vivint Smart Home as a Human Resource Specialist. During their time at Vivint, Makenna also served as an Employee Relations Specialist and HR Generalist. In 2019, they moved to Pattern® as an HR Generalist and later progressed to become an HR Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Global HR Business Partner at Pattern®.

Makenna Kringlen completed their Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at Brigham Young University from 2013 to 2017. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Lone Peak High School from 2010 to 2013, although no degree or field of study is specified for their high school education.
