Michele Ambruosi

Michele Ambruosi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michele began their career as a Marketing and Accounting Trainee at Confesercenti in 2007, where they promoted and created projects to assist small and medium businesses. Michele then worked as a Promoter at Pitti Immagine Srl from 2011 to 2013, managing relationships with customers and exhibiting clothing and accessories. In 2015, Michele joined Instituto Hispánico de Murcia as a Marketing Specialist, where they designed brochures for Spanish language courses and managed accounting and billing. Michele furthered their skills as a Customer Management and Accounting Administrator at So.co.ta in 2016, selling the company's app. Michele also has experience as a European Volunteer at Community Action Dacorum in 2017, where they managed computer software packages, planned and marketed events, and assisted with admin and database work for charity projects. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as an Advisor at ASOS.com, handling customer inquiries across multiple platforms, reporting and managing information, and improving processes. Currently, Michele is employed as an Ecommerce Project Manager at Pattern® International, where they optimize product listings on Amazon and creates content for marketplaces in multiple European languages to drive SEO and conversion.

Michele Ambruosi's education history begins in 2004 when they enrolled at the Institute of B. Russell - I. Newton in Scandicci, Italy. Michele completed a High Technical Diploma in Business and Marketing in 2008.

After that, Michele attended the Università degli Studi di Firenze from 2008 to 2015, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management.

In 2018, Michele furthered their education in Digital Marketing. Michele first obtained a Certificate from Westminster Business School in the same year. Later, in 2019, Michele completed their studies at the Digital Marketing Institute, where they obtained a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing (PDDM).
