Monika Pejčić

Monika Pejčić has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Monika is currently working as the Human Resources Director for Serbia at Pattern® since February 2023. Prior to this, from May 2022 to February 2023, they held the position of HR Business Consultant at Simplify Consulting.

Monika had a significant tenure at Delta Holding, where they held multiple positions. From October 2018 to October 2021, they served as the Human Resources Director. Before that, they worked as the Internal Communications Manager from July 2014 to September 2018.

Monika began their career at Delta Fondacija in 2013, starting as the assistant/Young leaders program from October to December 2013. Subsequently, they held the positions of Communications Coordinator from January to June 2014.

Monika also gained experience at various roles through the Young Leaders program, including Marketing Assistant at Delta Auto from July to September 2013, PR Assistant at Delta Holding from April to June 2013, and Branding Assistant at Delta DMD from January to March 2013.

Prior to that, from August to October 2012, Monika worked as an assistant in the PinkPress Department at PINK TV. Monika also gained experience as a PR and Marketing Assistant at Banca Intesa Beograd from June 2010 to November 2011, and as an assistant at Centar za razvoj karijere i savetovanje studenata Univerziteta u Beogradu from March to May 2010.

Monika Pejčić pursued their education starting from 2001 to 2005 at Grammar school "Smederevo." However, no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during this period. Later, from 2005 to 2010, they attended the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Belgrade, where they earned a Master's degree in journalism and communication.
