Neha Vyas

Neha Vyas has a significant amount of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and HR management. Neha is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Pattern® since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at the same company from August 2021 to April 2023.

Before joining Pattern®, Neha worked at Josh Software, Inc. as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition from April 2021 to August 2021. Neha also held the position of People and Culture Manager at the company from January 2018 to March 2021, where they focused on developing sustainable solutions for various industries.

In their previous roles, Neha served as an HR Manager at Bonzai - The Creative Management Platform from September 2015 to August 2017. Neha was responsible for all HR activities, including recruitment for India and Australia.

Prior to that, Neha worked as a Senior Recruitment Executive at Clarice Technologies from September 2013 to September 2015. Neha managed the full life cycle of recruiting for technical positions and built relationships with potential candidates.

Neha also has experience working as a Dy. Manager - Staffing at SEED Infotech from March 2013 to August 2013.

Earlier in their career, Neha worked as an HR Manager and Sr. HR Recruiter at Mantra HR from July 2012 to January 2013 and from August 2010 to July 2012, respectively. Neha also served as an HR Manager at The Rising Consultancy from December 2009 to July 2010, where they conducted new client surveys, sourced resumes, and conducted interviews.

Neha's early work experience includes working as an Admin Assistant at Moneylife from May 2009 to November 2009, and as a Renewal Executive at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited from April 2008 to August 2008.

Neha Vyas has a diverse educational background. Neha obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University from 2002 to 2006. During this time, they also pursued a Diploma in Multimedia (D.I.M) from Arena Multimedia in 2002-2003.

Continuing their academic journey, Neha pursued an MBA with a specialization in HR and Marketing from ICFAI National College from 2007 to 2009.

Neha's education history also includes their high school education. Neha completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from Shakuntala Vidhyalaya in 2001-2002.

In addition to their formal education, Neha has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. Neha completed various courses on LinkedIn, including "Managing Your Emotional Response to Workplace Stress," "How to Effectively Deliver Criticism," "How to Organize Your Time and Your Life," "Be the Manager People Won't Leave," "Talent Sourcing," "Employer Branding on LinkedIn," "HR and Digital Transformation," "Interviewing Techniques," "People Analytics," and "Performance-Based Hiring." These certifications were obtained between July 2022 and January 2023.
