Nilesh Biniwale

Nilesh Biniwale is the Managing Director of India Operations at Pattern. Nilesh has over three years of experience leading successful Agile and Dev Ops transformations for Development teams. In their previous role as Head of Technology Governance and Quality at Schlumberger, Nilesh oversaw work on building automated build pipelines, continuous integration, continuous deployment, and test automation frameworks. Nilesh also managed digital transformation journeys by optimizing support activities and elevating the maturity of service operations teams. Nilesh is an expert in the areas of software architecture, IT risk and compliance, license management, and technology obsolescence.

They work with Allyson Tenorio - Senior Executive Assistant, Aaron Smith - Chief Product Officer, and Rob Hahn - Chief Operating Officer. Their manager is David Wright, CEO / Co-Founder.
