Paul Hao is an accomplished product leader with over 20 years of experience in product management, strategy, and executive leadership. Early in their career as a software engineer at Microsoft, they developed a passion for understanding user needs, which led them to transition to product management roles at companies such as Ancestry.com, MyHeritage, and Henry Schein One. Currently serving as the Global Head of Product at Pattern®, Paul continues to prioritize customer solutions and drive growth initiatives. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics with a Computer Science minor and is pursuing an MBA at Brigham Young University, alongside studies in graphic design and computer information systems at the University at Buffalo.
