They have held key roles including VP Corporate Controller at Beyond, Inc., where they directed month-end closing processes and collaborated across departments to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, Philip served as a Senior Director of SEC Reporting at Overstock.com, managing complex financial reporting and compliance. They began their career as a Forensic Accounting Intern at Grant Thornton and have since developed a strong foundation in financial auditing and accounting standards throughout their tenure at KPMG US and other organizations.
