Piyush Rana

Piyush Rana currently serves as a Reach Logistics Specialist at Pattern® since January 2024, after previously undertaking the role of Management Trainee. Earlier in 2023, Piyush gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at Mozo Hunt Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included developing an employee handbook and implementing a resume shortlisting process. Additionally, a live project at Blue Seas Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. involved analyzing worker performance and monitoring HR processes, along with maintaining employee attendance records. Piyush Rana is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources at MIT ADT University, expected to graduate in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Graphic Era Deemed to be University, completed in July 2022.
