Rajas Belsare

Rajas Belsare is an experienced e-commerce project manager currently supporting operations at Pattern® since December 2024, focusing on Amazon and Walmart Seller Central. Previously, Rajas held the role of Operations Manager at Amazon from July 2023 to December 2024, leading a team in pricing operations across various international marketplaces. Prior experience includes Deputy Manager Operations at Zoomcar, where Rajas implemented policies to enhance host behavior and improve data tracking, along with a tenure as Assistant Operations Manager. Rajas co-founded Brandup Solutions, managing client projects and social media strategies, and began a career as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, working on GST implementation and software upgrades. Rajas holds an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Indira Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from PES Modern College of Engineering.
