Rob Hahn

Rob Hahn is the current Chief Operating Officer at Pattern. Prior to this, they spent seven years at Amazon in various management positions. Rob has a passion for teaching and developing those around him, and enjoys being able to lead a large team towards change. Hahn is known for their dedication to process improvement and excellence, and their ability to deliver world-class results through others.

Rob Hahn completed their undergraduate studies at Huntington University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
