Seth Stradling

Seth Stradling is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and automation. Currently serving as a Staff Software Development Engineer in Test at Pattern® since August 2025, Seth previously worked at Domo, Inc. as a Software Development Engineer in Test from June 2022 to August 2025, and held various roles, including Solutions Engineer at test.ai and multiple positions at Domo, Inc. from 2016 to 2021, such as QA Automation Engineer and Automation Architect. Earlier in the career, Seth gained valuable experience as a Research Analyst, Research Assistant, and Software Developer at Los Alamos National Laboratory from 2005 to 2016. Academically, Seth holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Colorado Boulder, a Certificate in Intelligence Analysis from Mercyhurst University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Brigham Young University.
