Shannon Chan

Shannon Chan has extensive experience in ecommerce operations and management. Shannon began their career in 2008 at Petitude as an Ecommerce Operation Executive and then moved to Baby Central in 2011, where they worked as an Ecommerce Operation Executive until 2013. In 2014, they joined Mums.Singapore as a Regional Ecommerce Manager, a role they held until 2018. At Bloom & Grow, Shannon served as both an Ecommerce Specialist from 2018 to 2019 and as an Ecommerce Operation Manager from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are working as a Senior Brand Manager at Pattern® since 2022.

Shannon Chan completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Monash University from 2001 to 2004. Shannon then pursued a Master's degree in Accounting at Swinburne University of Technology from 2003 to 2005.
