Stephen Beck

Stephen Beck has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Stephen is currently the Associate Director of Ecommerce at Pattern®, where they oversee creative services, advertising, account health, and instock management for partner brands. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Ecommerce Manager at Pattern®, where they managed a large Amazon portfolio and a DTC site, while leading a team of project managers.

Before joining Pattern®, Stephen worked at Amazon, where they held multiple roles. Stephen was a Vendor Manager II for Amazon Fresh, responsible for full category P&L, negotiation, and creating an omni approach between Amazon Fresh and Amazon Fresh Grocery stores. Stephen also served as an Instock Manager for Amazon Fresh, managing the supply chain for multiple vendors and implementing various initiatives to improve fill rate and instock performance.

Prior to their time at Amazon, Stephen worked as a Buyer/Planner at Baylor Scott & White Health, where they managed a large number of SKUs and procurement spend. Stephen also gained experience in inventory allocation planning and financial analysis during their time at Lands' End.
