Tanay Banerjee

Tanay Banerjee is an experienced data scientist currently working at Pattern® since September 2023, focusing on developing end-to-end data pipelines for machine learning projects while ensuring data quality, reliability, and scalability. Previously, Tanay spent over seven years at BNY Mellon in various roles, including Lead Application Developer, where responsibilities included developing data science tools using technologies such as Python, PySpark, and Azure SnowFlake, and solving complex problems with machine learning models. Earlier experience at Tech Mahindra involved software engineering and application migration projects, primarily in Unix/Linux environments, with contributions to provisioning applications and middleware installations. Tanay holds a Master's Degree in Telecommunication and Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, as well as degrees in Telecommunications Engineering and Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from other respected institutions.
