Thomas Heile is a seasoned marketing operations professional with extensive experience in demand generation and marketing automation. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Marketing Operations at Pattern® since October 2024, Thomas previously held the same title at Conservice, where significant achievements included optimizing lead flow and enhancing collaboration between sales and marketing teams. Thomas's expertise also encompasses roles at Whistic, Ivanti, Womply, Progressive Leasing, and Apple, where contributions ranged from managing multimillion-dollar budgets to launching successful marketing campaigns and improving key performance metrics.
