Will Morgan is the Director of Operations for North America at Pattern®, where they focus on empowering teams, driving innovation, and fostering growth. Previously, they held roles such as General Manager at Pattern® and Project Consultant at Alvarez & Marsal in 2016. Will has extensive experience from Amazon, leading operations and product management within the company's warehousing and supply chain sectors from 2018 to 2022. They also contributed to Baker Hughes as an Engineering Manager and Senior Field Engineer from 2011 to 2016. Will earned an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
